$8,800 including GST for three days and two nights: exclusive use of approximately 80 acres from Friday to Sunday, one wedding at a time, accommodation for up to 13 people for two nights, the homestead and kitchen, power and water, the amenities trailer, level marquee ground, and Friday setup with a Sunday pack-down. No venue markup on food or alcohol, and no compulsory supplier list.

Friday to Sunday: three days and two nights. No other event, unrelated accommodation guests or public access during your exclusive-use booking. The venue team and your chosen suppliers are onsite as needed.

Yes, and many couples arrange it that way. Guests staying onsite often contribute what they would otherwise have paid for accommodation elsewhere, which helps offset your effective venue spend.

Adeline Estate is at 375 Sawyers Gully Road, Sawyers Gully NSW 2326, on the edge of Lovedale in the Hunter Valley. It is approximately 15 minutes from Cessnock, 10 minutes from the wineries, approximately 40 minutes from Newcastle and around two hours from Sydney. Visits are by appointment.

Yes. You buy your own drinks and keep whatever is not opened. There is no venue markup, no corkage and no beverage package.

You supply your own drinks. Service is handled by a professional mobile bar or bar service, whose staff hold RSA certification and arrange any event-specific licensing that applies. It is one supplier booking, and we can point you to bars couples have used here before.

No. There is no compulsory supplier list and no supplier fee. You choose your caterer, food trucks, bar, celebrant, photographer, florist, stylist and music, and contract them directly at their own price. We are happy to share local recommendations when that helps.

Yes. Food trucks are welcome. There is vehicle access to the event area for food trucks and catering vans, and open ground to park and serve from.

Up to 13 for the two nights. The farmhouse sleeps 9 and two furnished bell tents sleep 4 between them, both included in wedding hire. Additional glamping can be arranged for a wedding weekend. It is temporary, supplier-dependent, separately charged and not included in the $8,800 including GST venue hire, and the final number of tents depends on the supplier. With additional hired glamping or guest-pitched tents, overnight numbers can extend to up to 30 people in total, including the existing accommodation.

No. A marquee is an optional addition to venue hire rather than part of the $8,800. Add one spider marquee for $1,000 or two for $2,000, or bring in an externally hired fully enclosed marquee through your own supplier. Many couples celebrate in the open air instead. There is room for a marquee, dance floor and DJ setup, including a bricked area beneath the festoon lights. One spider marquee is $1,000 and two are $2,000. Spider marquees provide shade and some light-rain cover, subject to wind and weather. They are not fully enclosed all-weather structures.

An externally hired, fully enclosed marquee is the option for dependable protection from heavy rain, strong wind or cold. Your reception setting, and the cover you want in reserve, are planned with you well before the weekend. The farmhouse is a four-bedroom home reserved for accommodation, not a reception space.

Amplified music runs until 11 pm. After that the evening moves to the fire pit, which can burn late into the night. Exact timings are confirmed as part of each booking and must comply with the property's event conditions. After amplified music finishes at 11 pm, the evening can continue around the fire pit, subject to fire restrictions and the property's event conditions.

Yes. Your dog can be part of the ceremony and stay on the property with you for the whole weekend, rather than being collected before the reception. The farmhouse has a fenced yard. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead outside the fenced yard because livestock is present on the property and there is bushland next door. We also ask that someone other than the two of you is responsible for them on the day.
