What does it cost to hire the venue for a retreat?
Retreat venue hire typically ranges from $2,000 to $10,000+ depending on group size, number of nights and accommodation needs. Pricing is presented as an investment guide rather than fixed packages, enquire for a tailored quote.
How many people can the property accommodate?
Comfortable for retreat groups of 4–30. Existing accommodation sleeps up to 13: the farmhouse sleeps 9 and two bell tents sleep 4 between them. Additional glamping can be arranged at extra cost, with the final number of tents depending on the supplier. A separate amenities trailer provides four hot showers and five private toilets.
What does a retreat booking include?
Retreat inclusions, accommodation areas, spaces and access to the grounds, are confirmed as part of each booking. Enquire with your dates and group size and we will confirm exactly what is included.
Do you provide facilitators, food or programming?
No. Adeline Estate is the venue and accommodation. Hosts bring their own facilitators, catering and programme, we provide the space, the privacy and practical support.
Is there indoor and outdoor space for sessions?
Yes. Open lawn and paddock for movement and outdoor sessions, plus farmhouse living areas and a sunroom for indoor workshops, circles and quieter sessions.
