How many people can stay at the farmhouse?
The farmhouse sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms with generous living areas, a sunroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bell tents sleep 4 between them, so existing accommodation sleeps up to 13. Additional glamping can be arranged at extra cost, with the final number of tents depending on the supplier.
Is the property exclusive use?
The farmhouse and glamping area are approximately 250 metres apart, with no shared facilities or common guest spaces. Whole-property exclusivity requires booking both accommodation areas.
How do I book?
Enquire directly with your dates and we'll come back with the rate for your stay, confirm availability and explain the next steps to book. The farmhouse is also listed on Airbnb if you prefer to book there.
What is the minimum stay?
A 2-night minimum applies to the farmhouse. Glamping tents are available from 1 night, typically as add-ons for groups, retreats or wedding guests.
Is BYO catering allowed?
Yes. You are welcome to self-cater or bring your own caterers, chef or grazing service. We can recommend local Hunter Valley suppliers on request.

Adeline Estate is a private rural property at 375 Sawyers Gully Road, Sawyers Gully NSW 2326, on the edge of Lovedale in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales. Visits are by appointment.
