Vehicle access and unloading
There is vehicle access to the event area for food trucks, catering vans and hire trucks, with open, level ground to park and serve from rather than a long carry from a car park.
BYO wedding venue Hunter Valley
Choose your own food. Supply your preferred drinks. Bring the suppliers that fit your wedding. Most Hunter Valley venues sell a package built around their kitchen and their beverage list. Here you have approximately 80 acres on the edge of Lovedale for the weekend, and the freedom to shape what happens inside it.
It is flexibility with support, not a project you are left to work out alone. Use our local recommendations when they help, book a professional bar service for the drinks you supply, and add an on-the-day coordinator if you want someone else holding the timeline.
Exclusive-use venue hire at $8,800 including GST for three days and two nights. Three days, two nights: Friday arrival and setup, Saturday wedding, Sunday pack-down and departure.
Long-table feasts, grazing stations, food trucks, spit roasts or a private chef. You contract them directly, at their own price, with no venue markup.
You supply your own drinks. Service is handled by a professional mobile bar or bar service, whose staff hold RSA certification and arrange any event-specific licensing that applies. It is one supplier booking, and we can point you to bars couples have used here before.
Celebrant, photographer, florist, stylist and music, chosen by you. Use our local recommendations when they help, and add an on-the-day coordinator if you want extra support.
Pick the ceremony site, marquee position, dance floor and DJ setup. Your DJ can set up wherever suits your layout, including a bricked area under the festoon lights. The farmhouse is a four-bedroom home reserved for accommodation, not a reception space.
Existing accommodation sleeps up to 13: the farmhouse sleeps 9 and two bell tents sleep 4 between them. Guests are also welcome to pitch their own tents. Overnight numbers can extend to up to 30 people in total, including the existing accommodation, when additional hired glamping or guest-pitched tents are arranged.
With a packaged venue, catering, beverage and staffing arrive as a single per-head figure, and moving one lever moves the whole price. Here the venue cost is fixed at $8,800 including GST for three days and two nights, and the rest is contracted at supplier cost.
That means you can spend heavily on food and modestly on styling, or run food trucks and put the difference into music and a longer weekend. No commission is taken on any of it.
To be clear about what this is not: Adeline Estate is not an all-inclusive wedding package. Catering, bar service, marquee hire, styling, photography and music are separate bookings you make and pay for directly. What you get from us is the property, the weekend and the infrastructure those suppliers plug into.
BYO only works if the site works. These are the answers your caterer, bar and hire company usually want before they quote, so you can send them straight through.

Power and water are available at the event area for catering, bar and lighting. Suppliers with unusually heavy power draw should confirm requirements with us in advance so it is planned rather than discovered on the day.
The homestead and its kitchen are available across the weekend for your caterer and your people. The farmhouse itself is a four-bedroom home reserved for accommodation, not a reception space.

Because you hold the property from Friday, hire and marquee deliveries land the day before and collection happens Sunday. That single fact removes most of the pressure suppliers price into a one-day venue. Exact access and departure times are confirmed in writing with your booking.
Amplified music runs until 11 pm. After that the evening moves to the fire pit, which can burn late into the night. Exact timings are confirmed as part of each booking and must comply with the property's event conditions.
Rubbish, recycling and anything hired in leave with the suppliers who brought them, which is why Sunday pack-down is part of the booking rather than an extra day.
Yes. You buy your own drinks, and keep whatever is not opened. There is no corkage, no fixed beverage list and no per-head minimum.
