A separate amenities trailer with four hot showers and five private toilets serves the event and camping area, in addition to the farmhouse bathrooms. It is temporary, supplier-dependent, separately charged and not included in the $8,800 including GST venue hire, and the final number of tents depends on the supplier. With additional hired glamping or guest-pitched tents, overnight numbers can extend to up to 30 people in total, including the existing accommodation.

The farmhouse is where the bridal party usually ends up. It is a four-bedroom heritage home that sleeps 9, so the people who need to be there early are already here, and nobody is driving in from Cessnock or Newcastle on the morning of the wedding.
Hair, makeup and photography happen in the farmhouse and the fenced yard around it, with the paddocks as the backdrop rather than a hotel room. Suppliers park close, and there is no travel between the getting-ready location and the ceremony.
Most couples put themselves and their closest people inside: bridal party, parents or siblings. Because the farmhouse sleeps nine, it is a decision worth making early: the two bell tents then take the overflow.

Staying nearby. Guests who would rather have a hotel or cottage have the Hunter Valley around them: approximately 15 minutes from Cessnock, around 10 minutes to the wineries and approximately 40 minutes from Newcastle. Arranging transport for the return trip is worth planning alongside your timeline, since amplified music finishes at 11 pm and the fire pit runs on after it.

The farmhouse has a fenced yard. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead outside the fenced yard because livestock is present on the property and there is bushland next door.
