What the $8,800 includes.

Compare what is included, not just the venue-hire number. The $8,800 including GST holds the whole property from Friday to Sunday and includes two nights' accommodation for up to 13 people. There is no compulsory caterer, no compulsory drinks package, no per-head minimum and no venue markup on alcohol.

Exclusive use, Friday to Sunday: Approximately 80 acres held for one wedding at a time, for three days and two nights
Two nights for up to 13 people: The farmhouse sleeps 9 and two furnished bell tents sleep 4 between them
Homestead and kitchen: The homestead and its kitchen are available across the weekend for your caterer and your people
Power and water: Power and water at the event area for catering, bar and lighting
Amenities trailer: Four hot showers and five private toilets, in addition to the farmhouse bathrooms
Level marquee ground: Level, prepared ground for a marquee and DJ, including a bricked area under the festoon lights, plus the onsite tables, bar and dance floor
Friday setup and Sunday pack-down: Set up the day before and pack down on Sunday, rather than compressing everything into the wedding morning
No venue markup, no compulsory supplier list: No markup on food or alcohol, no corkage, no per-head minimum, no supplier fee
Marquee: An optional addition to venue hire: one spider marquee is $1,000 and two are $2,000. Sizing, position and layout are planned with you. A fully enclosed marquee is hired in through your own supplier.
Chairs, table linen, furniture and hire equipment: The onsite tables, bar and dance floor are included; chairs, table linen and any additional hire items are arranged separately through your suppliers
Catering, drinks and staffing: You choose and contract your caterer, bar and staff directly, at their own price
Additional glamping: Temporary and supplier-dependent, beyond the two existing bell tents

Comparable accommodation for up to 13 people across two nights can represent approximately $3,000–$4,000 in value. Guests staying onsite often contribute what they would otherwise have paid for accommodation elsewhere, which helps offset your effective venue spend.

Total wedding budgets vary widely and are an estimate only, they include independently selected external suppliers such as catering, bar, styling, photography and hire, which are contracted directly by you and are not part of venue hire.

Catering and bar

Booked directly with your caterer, food truck or private chef, and your own alcohol through a mobile bar or bar service. No corkage and no beverage package.

Marquee and hire

Sized to your guest count and layout, with additional cover as the wet-weather plan rather than moving the reception indoors.

Additional glamping

Temporary, supplier-dependent and separately charged beyond the two existing bell tents. Overnight numbers can extend to up to 30 people in total, including the existing accommodation, when additional hired glamping or guest-pitched tents are arranged.

Creative and styling

Celebrant, photographer, florist, stylist and music, all chosen by you. There is no preferred-supplier list and no commission on what you spend.

What venue hire does not cover.

Adeline Estate is not an all-inclusive wedding package, and the $8,800 is not a per-head price with everything folded in. It buys exclusive use of the property for three days and two nights, the onsite accommodation, and the infrastructure your suppliers work from.

Everything below is contracted and paid for directly by you, at the supplier's own price, with no venue markup and no commission taken:

Catering: caterer, food truck, spit roast or private chef
Alcohol you supply, plus a professional mobile bar or bar service to serve it
Marquee hire beyond the optional spider marquees, including any enclosed marquee
Furniture, glassware and hire items beyond the onsite tables, bar and dance floor
Celebrant, photographer, videographer, florist and stylist
Music: DJ, band or your own sound system
Additional glamping tents beyond the two existing bell tents
Guest transport and any accommodation your guests book off site
Wedding insurance and any supplier-required permits or licensing
An on-the-day coordinator, if you would like one

How long is exclusive use?

Three days and two nights, Friday to Sunday. No other event, unrelated accommodation guests or public access during your exclusive-use booking. The venue team and your chosen suppliers are onsite as needed.

How many people can stay onsite?

Up to 13 across both nights: the farmhouse sleeps 9 and two furnished bell tents sleep 4 between them, all included in venue hire.

Can guests contribute towards accommodation?

What do couples arrange separately?

Is a marquee compulsory?

No. A marquee is an optional addition to venue hire rather than part of the $8,800. Add one spider marquee for $1,000 or two for $2,000, or bring in an externally hired fully enclosed marquee through your own supplier. Many couples celebrate in the open air instead.

Is there a per-head charge or a minimum spend?

No. There is no per-head price, no beverage package and no minimum spend on food or drink. You pay venue hire, then spend what you choose with your own suppliers.

Do you offer wedding packages?

Not in the usual sense. This is exclusive-use hire of the property for the weekend, and you choose the food, drinks, suppliers and reception format that suit you.
